Hemard & Company began in Texarkana, Texas 1990. Victor E. Hemard Jr., as the principal consultant in the firm, has 37 years of experience in the forest products business. He was a wood procurement supervisor for a large forest products company before starting Hemard & Company. As a professional consultant, he has implemented fiber procurement, oil filed service, accounting, and forestry information systems throughout the United States.
Mr. Hemard is a professional forester and an MBA. He received his BS in Forestry at Louisiana State and his MBA from Centenary College.
