- Most of our December activities will be centered around setting up our FPA Failover service for clients, implementing Safe and Secure backup and disaster recovery (BDR) systems, and year-end activities and updates for Forest Products Accounting users.
- We are enhancing out our network management services to include better content filtering and patch management to help avoid the rash of scareware currently attacking systems.
- We continue to advise clients to increase the memory (RAM) in their older computers to at least 4 GB for maximum speed and efficiency.
- We are also migrating networks to GB speed for network adapters, switches, and routers.
- We would like to welcome our newest Forest Products Accounting system and Proactive Protection plan client, Common Disposal in San Augustine, Texas and our latest FPA Failover client, American Forest Management of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Forest Products Accounting (FPA)
- The Forest Products Accounting system continues to be the standard of software excellence for the forest products business.
- The year-end update will be released in December for all clients covered under annual system maintenance.
- FPA is compatible wtih Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 in 32- and 64-bit versions.
- It is now possible to have your company logo on your wood settlement.
- An external interface between several wood receiving plants and the Forest Products Accounting System allows FPA users to access wood scale ticket an settlement information and to provide ticket information for those who ship to them, in addition to their normal settlement.
- Check your software to make sure you have the latest version: Forest Products Accounting 9.02.18
